Bobby Mehan
Co-Founder and Managing Director
A political science and strategic planning graduate from the University of West Georgia, Mr. Mehan always looks forward to the next conversation and big idea. An innovator at heart, Mr. Mehan specializes in growth and development, propelling his organizations one step closer to the future each day. His experience includes working as Senior Project Manager for Greenway Health, Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Management Consultants LLC, Strategic Account Manager for Ingenious Med’s Anesthesia Division, and Chief Executive Officer of ShareableFORMs. Through these positions, Mr. Mehan has developed skill sets related to leadership, revenue cycle management, equity and debt financing, electronic health records, mergers and acquisitions, and growth. Some of Mr. Mehan’s notable accomplishments include more than tripling the client base of ShareableFORMs in just five years and successfully selling the assets of Strategic Management Consultants LLC to cloud-based medical billing platform Encoda.

Jacey is the glue that keeps the Scale IT team together. She has worked in healthcare technology and has owned her own business. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and she keeps everything running smoothly.
Patrick Mehan

Patrick has had an extensive career in residential and commercial construction. Patrick has worked in several types of businesses and has a wealth of experience.
Tracy Mayfield
Director, Public Responsibility Committee Chair, Human Capital Committee Chair
Tracy Mayfield is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Nursing. She was the AANS secretary and chaplain of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. During her 25-year career, Tracy has been active in the healthcare industry while simultaneously co-owning many businesses. Scale It looks forward to the opportunities Tracy can advance from the healthcare industry, including direct patient care in the surgical services department and assistance with construction, remodel, and design projects. A recipient of the Tanner “Bright Ideas” award, Tracy discovered cost effective improvement solutions in surgical sterilization. Her expertise leans toward surgical recovery and pre/postoperative care.
Married to her high school sweetheart, Marc, and a mother to kids Annsley and Austen, Tracy leads an exciting and well-balanced life with her friends and family.
Donna Huffman
Director, Tax Management Committee Chair, General Banking Operations Committee Chair
Donna Huffman is a Senior Tax Analyst with H&R Block, where, during the last 18 years, she has held both Instructor and Office Leader positions. Her career accomplishments include working as an Assistant Vice President for Bank South, where she served roles in retail, operations, automations, and conversions; fully automating the manual service and billing system for the family’s exterminating business; and retiring with 21 years in the banking industry. She currently lives in Tallapoosa, Georgia, and, in her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and fur babies, Bella and Baby Girl.
Dr. James Cullison
Director, Healthcare Committee Chair, Innovation Commission Chair
Dr. James Cullison is board-certified in Urology as well as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. He graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Washington University in St Louis and earned his M.D. from the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri. Dr. Cullison has decades of experience as a small business owner, a manager and owner of commercial properties, and an owner of an Ambulatory Surgery Center. He recently retired from private practice and now dedicates his time to Medical Director positions and healthcare-related investment advice.
